Eagle Family Housing, Phase III, İncirlik Air Base

Design–Build 44 Military housing units including all electrical, mechanical, architectural work and landscaping work as per Military Housing Criteria using the latest edition of NFPA, NEC, LSC 101, ADAAG, ASTM and valid EU and TSE standards.

The scope of the project:

Eagle Housing Phase 3 project consists of pavement of 80000 sq ft of asphalt roads, twin tennis court, mini soccer field, 9 holes mini golf, running track – 1000 meters long, 7 shading pergolas, 5 gazebos, community sidewalks and landscaping including grass seeding and plantings. Phase 3 consists of 44 housing units; 38 JNCO- Junior Non Commissioned Officers, 2 CGO-Company Grade Officer, and 4 JNCO-Handicapped units with 2 vehicle parking- drive way, wooden fenced backyards. All units paved with ceramic floor tiles, terra cotta entrances and front stairs, laminated wooden closets and kitchen cabinets c/w granite countertops.

2 story units are all covered by heat insulated CMU blocks and thermal boards for energy consumption and painted with long lasting textured paints. All aluminum windows are thermal insulated.

Achievements: The Eagle Housing Project was completed on-time (1.5 months ahead of the schedule) without any registered lost time accidents. The project fulfilled all the quality expectations.
